    It’s why, at this year’s National Costume Institute’s annual conference, we decided to highlight a few of the most innovative designers who are doing what they do best.

    These are the women who are changing the way people look at fashion and making it more beautiful.

    These women are changing how we wear clothes, and they are changing our world.

    Dermot O’Leary, designer and founder of the brand, Dermott O’Toole, Dormant and New York-based designer, is in the middle of a transition.
